New Plans....
So I think when we last left off, it was stormy and we were going to live in a boat. Plans and weather both change fast in this neck of the woods. No more boat-wife. Now I'm going to be a yurt-wife. We might even build a yurt empire. The possibilities are endless. And we had another string of very nice days with some blue sky and backcountry hiking/snowboarding. Dawson even got a ride to the top of a mountain from a friendly snowmachiner who had a tremendous ability to hill-climb on his machine.
In other news, Pax Rev took his first tastes of food other than milk! Mmmmm...a tablespoon of rice cereal. He found it quite delicious and seems to think he should eat everything we do now.
In less exciting news, Angelina and Brad are at it again and this time they've named him........Pax! Dawson felt cheated out of his cool name when this came out, but this is a low blow too. Well, we were first and Revel is much cooler than Thein. And at least people will know that Pax means peace. Maybe we can have a little more peace in the world.
And yesterday, we celebrated Dawson's 33 years of trips around the sun. Now he's officially as old as me again. Whew. We celebrated with lots of bacon and sugar.
Happy Birthday Dawson!!

And thanks for carrying the torch Geneveive, by making the exploits of the great white north enjoyable for the rest of us, through witty and graphically explicit blog posts.
