Some Words and Tiny Pictures

Blogging isn 't nearly as fun without being able to supplement with easy and fast uploaded pictures. But Facebook has been addictive and entertaining. Even with slow internet.

In any event, we've broken down and started the process for cable internet. Which means we'll also have cable. We'll just pretend like we don't have it, so as to avoid watching it. Not having a TV helps in that department. Yeah, we're weird.

Okay, here are some micro sized photos of our recent activities in gale force winds. Playing outside is still fun, but we have about a 15 minute window of opportunity. (Incidentally, that's the same amount of time it takes to upload a tiny picture.) There still isn't much snow on the ground, although that's changing as I type. 5 inches predicted, and at 32 degrees the snow is too heavy for the pesky wind to blow away.

Obviously one of the shots wasn't taken by us. But it's the new VAustralia 777 we'll be riding on this summer to Sydney. Hooray! The others are from a fun day with Boodah. He's working on his mastery of "The Jake." Those powder turns really are his!

Boodah enjoying "Happy New Year To You" cake. I'll have more on that topic later.

Makushin, our huge and rarely seen volcano.

Stokely Bering, in his hunting camo sleeper. Thanks Gramps!

Alright, now it's time for South Park! Thank you, public library!
