Saturday morning Make-it-Yourself-Triathalon
Swimming at the coast guard pool: (OK these pictures were really shot at the new Kodiak pool a few days ago, but we did make it to the morning Aquatots at the base this morning and saw lots of cool helicopters coming in, hovering, and taking off).
Run the Rock 5K: Thanks to Missy and Jennifer and friends for helping the push and inviting us along!
I believe the stats were 4 pukes, 1 poop and 2 pees (all of the poops and pukes courtesy of the dog Vega....hey, I can at least be happy about that!)
Biking the planks:
Quite the Saturday. How long is it until Tuesday and the return of dual parenting???
