We continued our quest to expand our fish eating horizons, with Boppa fishing near the new bridge currently under construction. That gave Mister the chance to get up close and personal with his favorite piece of heavy machinery, the tractor.

Boppa managed to catch a rockfish, which we decided to keep to see how tasty it'd be. Quite tasty! But we decided to keep the rockfish intake to minimum. As it turns out they are 90% mouth and head, 7% fins and bones, and about 3% edible meat.

Also... they keep on living even after they've been gutted and filleted. Very freaky.

The next adventure was the hike to the old fox farm. Which wasn't very foxy, and didn't actually seem much like a fox farm. Maybe it was an old fish camp. In any event, it has taken a few hits recently. If the beach cottage isn't in our future, we can always squat here. A bit drafty though.

Ahhhh, the old hearth.

Good taste in beverages, in any event. (Look above Mister's head to see somebody's secret stash of Mickey's Malt Liquor.)

Eagle down!

This kitty reminded us of Homer.
